Frequently asked questions about prints and originals
What kind of prints are these?
Each print is a high-quality fine art reproduction of an original painting, printed on (archival paper type ) and made to order.
What sizes are available?
Prints are available in the following sizes:
Large: 20×16 inches (18×13.5 inch image on 20×16 inch paper)
Medium: 14×11 inches (12×9 image on 14×11 inch paper)
Are prints signed?
Yes, each print is signed by the artist and comes with a Certificate of Authentication.
How are prints shipped?
Prints are carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube directly to your door. Orders are processed and mailed within 2- 5 business days, depending on where you live.
How long does shipping take?
Canada: 3 - 9 business days. USA: 5- 15 business days. International: 20- 60 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. For originals expect a few additional days on orders.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Canadian orders are subject to applicable PST. International and US orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country - these are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return my print? Original?
All sales are final as each print is made to order. If your print or original painting arrives damaged, please contact us at studio@marlessawesolowski.com with your order number and photos of the damage and we will make it right for you!
Do you release new prints and original paintings?
Of course! New prints and original series are released periodically throughout the year. Sign up for our mailing list here to be notified when originals and new prints become available.
Pickup in Saskatoon for original paintings?
If you are located in Saskatoon, SK, Canada, local pickup is available for original paintings.

Pickup for unframed prints is usually ready in 2-4 days. You will receive notification when your order is ready for pickup.
